Day 1

Day 1 Started last night and ended this morning. About 10:00 p.m. I placed the strips on my upper and lower teeth and timed it for the full 30 minutes. The experience was painless. Times up, teeth brushed, lights out.
This morning, around 9:00 a.m., I applied the second set of strips and followed the procedures accordingly. Around 3:00 p.m. this afternoon I started sensing very sensitive teeth to the point to where I will skip tonight's application in the hopes that the sensitivity subsides so that I can start fresh in the morning. I would consider saying that I can already see a slight change in the color of my teeth. No "major" complaints at this time.

Here we go! This is a blog to document my entire experience of Crest Whitestrips Premium 7 day kit. I would consider my teeth to be pretty normal. I brush once in the morning and once before heading to bed. I drink around 5 cups of coffee a week and a soda or two a day. Did I mention that I love sweet tea? My husband makes the best. That will be in a future blog. I visit my dentist for a cleaning twice a year and he may discover a cavity every other visit. I would consider myself a normal person when it comes to teeth.
